Our first operating company. Foxton provides PWNA-certified kitchen exhaust cleaning, appliance and filter distribution, and NFPA 96 compliance to restaurants across the Metroplex. Fire code sets the service interval, so the work recurs whether or not the restaurant is having a good quarter — that predictability is why we bought it. We're building route density across the Metroplex and layering in recurring filter service on top of the cleaning contracts.

A capital-light sleeve inside the portfolio. We source limited-edition and hard-to-restock consumer products, then sell them direct into secondary demand. Inventory turns in weeks rather than years, which makes it a useful complement to the operating companies — different cycle, different risk, no fixed overhead. Held and run in-house.
